Great Tool to get Calories Count in a diet.


Hi everyone:

Here is a very interesting website that I personally use to count the calories I consume on a daily basis.

This website has a very good database of food that you consume. You just have to put the portion that you ate of that product and you can see how much ft, protein and carbs you are consuming on your daily diet. Check it out!
